Orosai - Mixed milk cheese
Whole cow and sheep's milk cheese. Taked its name from the Lacesa facility area - "Orosai". It can be used as a table cheese or grated according to maturation.
Cylinder-shaped, with straight sides and flat faces - from 2 to 2,8 kg.
Compact, light or bright straw-yellow color
Mild when unripe, stronger and slightly spicy when mature.
From 30 to 180 days.
